You get access to your own client portal, where you can see how many shoots you have remaining, book new events, and proof and approve your video edit. You can also give us a call or email to book directly. Whichever works best for you!
Yes – you’ll work with the same dedicated producer and editor for the length of your subscription, so there’s no re-briefing a new crew each time. In most cases, you’ll get us directly as the videographer and photographer team, and if we’re not available ourselves, you’ll have our dedicated, fully briefed and fully vetted camera operators to capture the event. We are still the ones on the backend putting it all together and editing the final cuts.
Yes, for school subscriptions, we include free photography as a way to contribute to our community. Because we are offering this as complimentary, it is subject to my availability. Having said that, over the years I’ve only missed one subscription shoot because I had another event booked in another city and couldn’t cover it.
