I Want Orange brought us in as event videographer for Property Council New Zealand back in 2016 — and a decade later, we’re still the videography team they call on for one of the most prestigious nights in the country’s property industry. Being chosen, time and again, for an event of this calibre speaks to the trust we’ve built and the professionalism we bring to every shoot.

What keeps them coming back isn’t just technical skill — it’s that we get the vibe of the room. We know how to move through a black-tie crowd without disrupting the night, finding the genuine, magical moments as they happen: the held breath before a winner is announced, the embrace when a name is called, the quiet pride in a room full of industry leaders. It’s that instinct, paired with a cinematic eye, that turns a night of awards into a story worth watching.

The Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards are widely regarded as the most prestigious in the country’s built environment sector, judging entries against strict economic, social, and sustainability criteria — not just design. This year’s event, held 12 June 2026 at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), saw Mareanui – 90 Devonport Road, Tauranga take home three awards including the Supreme Award. The brief: a high-energy 30-second social reel for next-day release, plus a polished 90-second highlight edit for future promotional use — capturing the prestige, fun, and honour of the night for an audience well beyond the room.
