Johnston's Coachlines BEIA Meetings Partnership

The Goal

Johnston’s Coachlines came to us wanting to cement their reputation as a premium transport partner on one of New Zealand’s biggest stages — Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA) Meetings 2025. The goal was a polished highlight video that went beyond the vehicles, capturing the professionalism, driver culture, and attention to detail that define their brand while showcasing their BEIA Meetings partnership.

The Production

To do it justice, we designed a multi-day production schedule — five targeted 2-hr shoots across four days — covering everything from pre-conference airport transfers and overseas buyer pickups to the energy and logistics of the conference days themselves.

The Result

The result is a compelling highlight video that does more than document a transport operation — it tells the story of a team that takes genuine pride in their work. From the pre-dawn fleet preparations to the final conference transfers, every frame reflects the standard Johnston’s Coachlines has built their reputation on.  Alongside the BEIA coverage, a quiet window between transfers gave us the chance to capture staff profile photos for Johnston’s office and driver teams too.
