AUT Grad Fest
AUT Grad Fest turns graduation into a campus-wide celebration – activating AUT’s City Campus with energy and excitement as graduating students arrive with their families to mark the occasion.
The Coverage
Over two days, our photographer and videographer covered the festivities across two 5-hour shoots, capturing candid moments between graduates, families, and the wider AUT community as they came together on campus.
The Brief
Speed mattered as much as quality – AUT Events + Venues wanted next-day social reels ready to share while the excitement was still fresh, alongside a longer highlight film and a full library of high-res images to use across their own channels.
The Outcome
The final delivery included two next-day social reels, a 90-second highlight film, and over 300 high-res images – giving AUT Events + Venues fast-turnaround content to celebrate Grad Fest in the moment, plus a lasting visual record of the day.
