Yes, absolutely. We understand that large conferences, concurrent breakout sessions, or multi-room corporate activations often require an intensive focus on a single medium. We can easily adapt our dual-crew layout to deploy two photographers or two videographers to fit your timeline at no extra cost. Your deliverables scale as follows:
For our high-efficiency 2-hour packages, we pride ourselves on a same-week turnaround. For our more extensive 4-hour half-day shoots, standard media delivery is generally within 10–14 business days to allow for meticulous cinematic editing, color grading, and audio mastering. If you require urgent delivery, please refer to our Priority 48-Hour Rush upgrade in the add-ons menu.
Our standard packages include fully edited, print-ready high-resolution master files and web-optimised deliverables. Unedited raw files are not included as standard. You can add on raw video footage to your package, refer to the Add-ons & Extras pricing above.
Auckland weather can be unpredictable. If your shoot relies heavily on outdoor locations and bad weather hits, we offer one complimentary postponement to an alternative mutually agreed date. We monitor weather forecasts closely leading up to your session and will coordinate with you 24–48 hours in advance if a reschedule is required.
Yes, all our displayed packages include complimentary travel within the greater Auckland region (North to Kumeu and South to Pokeno, excludes Waiheke and surrounding islands). Refer to Add-ons & Extras for pricing outside the Auckland shooting area.
To secure your session date on our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your scheduled shoot. All prices displayed on our website exclude GST.
