Yes, I understand photographs and/or video footage may be used by Moving Films Limited trading as Move Media and the event or project organiser (as above), for promotional purposes of any kind at any time in the future. Images may be cropped, altered, transformed or reproduced in any way and may be combined with other works or text and I grant full copyright and all rights to Moving Films Limited trading as Move Media.

Yes, I release Moving Films Limited, its contractors, partners and representatives from any claims and demands in connection with the photographs and/or video footage.

Yes, I understand that this order will be invoiced as per the quote I have/will receive and that any extras including add-ons, carparking, travel and accommodation, etc. will be added to final invoice for payment.
